Free delivery anywhere in the world £0.00 (2-10 days)

We offer free delivery anywhere in the world, this applies to a VideoGram card only and not Flowers or chocolates outside of the UK. Delivery is via post and does not include tracking or signed for delivery. Delivery time can range from 2- 10 days depending on the country, Europe and North America are usually quicker.

Free delivery in the UK £0.00 (2-4 days)

We offer free delivery on all our products to the UK. Delivery is via post and does not include tracking or signed for delivery. Delivery time can range from 1-3 days depending on the postal service. We can deliver to any postal address in the UK including all of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands.

UK Mainland overnight £5.00 (1 day)

For next day UK deliveries we use UK Mail. Please place order by 2pm for next day delivery. This is a fully trackable service with a tracking number and a poof of delivery.

Worldwide express £14 (2-3 days)

We offer an express services anywhere in the world at £14. The service can take 2- 3 days depending on the country. We use a specialist courier or DHL, this is a fully trackable service with a tracking number and a poof of delivery.

Please note – We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient.

We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

We don’t pass on any other details at all and don’t send out an invoice or receipt, just the email confirmations.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery.

Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that orders to such locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not Saturday.

If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.

Delivery Details For All Gifts

All items include delivery by Royal Mail First Class Post unless stated.

If we deliver by First Class Royal Mail we cannot deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Deliveries can take place up to 6pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on Saturday.

We are unable to deliver any items on the same day

Overnight and express delivery items are sent by a courier. Deliveries sent on Saturday or to some areas of the UK including the following postcode areas may be sent using an alternative service, usually Royal Mail special delivery;

BT, ZE, AB, FK, DG, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, IM, PO, JE, GY, SA, TR.
